Products
What does MahjCove sell?
MahjCove sells American Mahjongg accessories, including mahjong mats, tile bags, racks and pushers, travel accessories, and game-night gifts. Tiles are not included unless the product page expressly says otherwise.
Are products made for American Mahjongg?
Yes. Our mahjong accessories are designed for American Mahjongg. Check each product page for exact dimensions, materials, capacity, and what is included.
What size are your mahjong mats?
Our mahjong mats measure 31.5" × 31.5" and are designed for American Mahjongg play.
Can I personalize a mahjong tile bag?
Personalization is available on selected tile bags and accessories, including personalized mahjong tile bags. If available, the product page will show the personalization field and instructions.
Orders and Payment
How do I place an order?
Select a product and any available options, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. An order confirmation is sent after the order is submitted.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Use the CONTACT US button below as soon as possible. We will try to help before the order ships. Personalized orders already in production may not be changed or cancelled.
What payment methods are accepted?
Available credit, debit, wallet, and other payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by location.
Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. Available destinations, methods, rates, and estimates are shown at checkout. See the Shipping Policy for details.
How long does shipping take?
Orders generally process within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Personalized items generally require an additional 3–7 business days before shipment. Standard delivery is approximately 3–5 business days after processing; expedited delivery is approximately 2–3 business days after processing, where available. See the Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
After shipment, we send tracking information when available. Carrier scans may take time to appear.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible U.S. non-personalized items may generally be returned within 14 days after delivery in unused, clean, original condition. Personalized items and other exclusions may apply. See the Refund Policy.
What if my order is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Inspect your order when it arrives and use the CONTACT US button below promptly with your order number and photos when available. If a problem is visible through sealed tile packaging, do not open it before contacting us.
Can I exchange an item?
Eligible non-personalized items may be exchanged subject to availability. Personalized or custom items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind exchanges. See the Refund Policy.
Care
How should I care for my mahjong mat and tile bag?
After each game, wipe your mat with a soft, damp cloth. Let mats and accessories dry completely before storage, keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and spot clean bags and travel accessories with mild soap. See the Care Guide for full instructions.
