1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the MahjCove website (the “Site”), or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any policies linked on the Site. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, access another person’s account, use unauthorized bots or crawlers, or copy Site content without permission.

3. Products, Pricing, and Availability

MahjCove products are American Mahjongg accessories. Unless a product description expressly says otherwise, tiles are not included. We try to keep descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, prices, and availability accurate, but minor variations may occur.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is accepted. We may correct obvious errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order affected by an error or unavailable inventory. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for that order.

4. Orders and Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or shipping restrictions.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Payments are processed by the payment methods shown at checkout. For personalized products, you are responsible for reviewing names, text, artwork, and other details before submitting your order.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping estimates, delivery terms, returns, exchanges, and refunds are described in our Refund Policy and any shipping information shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, designs, logos, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, and software, belong to MahjCove or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access the Site for personal use. No other license is granted.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights. You grant MahjCove a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt that content for operating and promoting our business. 8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available. We disclaim implied warranties except where applicable law does not allow them to be excluded.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MahjCove will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Site or a purchase. Our total liability for a claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse MahjCove for reasonable losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the state of MahjCove’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you another forum or right.

12. Changes and Severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. The updated Terms apply to future use and orders after the stated effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
